Create Your Account

Sign up for MailJawn and get to your dashboard in under a minute.

Sign Up

  1. Go to your MailJawn instance's signup page (e.g. https://your-domain/accounts/signup/).
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
  3. Confirm your password and submit the form.

That's it — you're logged in.

Tip

MailJawn uses your email address as your login. There's no separate username to remember.

Your Organization

When you sign up, MailJawn automatically creates an organization for you and makes you the owner. Your organization is the top-level container for all your apps, subscribers, and campaigns.

You can update your organization name and mailing address later in account settings. A valid mailing address is required for CAN-SPAM compliance before you send campaigns.

Warning

CAN-SPAM requires a physical mailing address in every marketing email. Fill in your organization address before sending your first campaign.

The Dashboard

After signing up, you'll land on an empty dashboard. Your first step is to create an app — that's where your subscribers and emails live.
